Principal
Brent Little is a Principal of Urban Advisory & Building Group, LLC, a firm operating in both California and Nevada, specializing in real estate development, entitlements, and construction consulting. Brent holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from California State Fullerton, where he emphasized urban planning. Brent is also a licensed General Contractor.
His career spans over several decades as Vice President of Acquisitions and Entitlements for large land development firms before founding South Coast Communities, LLC, and later Urban Advisory & Building Group, LLC.
Brent has extensive experience in land acquisition, project management, and navigating complex entitlement processes for diverse projects, from large-scale master-planned communities to urban infill developments.
His expertise includes creating financial models, cost estimating, and using CAD for preliminary site plans. Brent is adept at working with public agencies on General Plan Amendments, Specific Plans, Zone Changes, and CEQA documentation, ensuring positive outcomes for both developers and communities.
Outside his professional work, Brent is committed to community impact, notably supporting housing for individuals at risk of or experiencing homelessness.

Principal
Laurie W. Little is a key contributor at Urban Advisory & Building Group, LLC, a firm based in Ladera Ranch, California, specializing in entitlement, development, and construction consulting for land owners, investors, and builders in California and Nevada.
With over 25 years of experience in investor relations, Laurie served in senior executive roles at publicly traded companies, where she worked closely with accounting, legal, and executive management teams. This background equipped her with expertise in financial statements, regulatory environments, and managing multiple stakeholders.
As a licensed real estate broker, she now focuses on complex property development and transaction coordination to ensure successful project outcomes.
Laurie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and an MBA from the George L. Graziado School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.
Additionally, Laurie is involved in community efforts, volunteering with For Goodness Cakes, a nonprofit that provides birthday cakes for children in need.
